What is One Step Further Question (OSF)?

Each question in our database is actually two questions. There is the standard board question with a clinical vignette and four answer choices to choose from. There is also an optional question that appears after the explanation and is called the One Step Further Question (OSF). This question is a simple factoid-based question with a simple, memorizable answer that serves as a reinforcement tool to the explanation of the question.
